Birthday Girl... and Glitter Everywhere

The"Birthday Girl" sentiment here is one of those sticky rub-on's that you can add glitter (or whatever else you like) on top of. Sounds great... until you try doing it. :0) I had glitter all over my face, shirt, pants, desk, floor and yes... even my little dog. Fortunately, my little dog is a girl and can wear the pink glitter quite gracefully. LOL! Overall, I think it turned out pretty cute. Thanks for looking.

A Funky Little Birthday Card

I purchased a tote bag that is lime green and zebra print... too cute, and thought the colors would make a great card. Then I happened across THIS SKETCH and decided to give it a try. The swirl is die cut from glitter paper, however it doesn't really show in the photo. Thanks for looking.

Ghiradelli Gift Box

I have 3 neices and 3 nephews and thought this would be a perfect Valentine gift for them. Tutorial for the box here. The box holds 3 Ghiradelli chocolate squares. I stamped the Studio G stamp (from Michalels dollar spot) with CTMH pink ink and embossed with clear embossing powder then punched with a scallop punch. The heart is a sizzix die cut. Thanks for looking.

Quilted and Jeweled Purse Box

I made this little purse box for my neice whose favorite color is pink... hot pink. :-) I intend to fill it with personalized notecards and such. I used one of Mel's templates (click on the templates link at the top of the page), if you have not checked out her blog, you certainly need to. She does amazing work and shares her wonderful templates on her blog.

I ued my ScorPal to emboss the diamond pattern on the front and back of the purse. The rhinestones are colored black with a sharpie. I used an old rub-on sheet for the stitching detail. These are so easy to make and so cute!

Thanks for looking.
